ContractorFlow was born inside Lindus Construction, founded in 1979. What began as a family-owned exterior remodeling company grew into a nationally recognized leader. As Lindus scaled from $15 million to more than $50 million in annual revenue, leadership relied on Salesforce — customizing it deeply to match real contractor workflows.
Rather than forcing construction operations into generic CRM templates, the Lindus team engineered Salesforce to support sales pipelines, production scheduling, job costing, supplier coordination, and financial reporting — all connected in one structured system.
That internal operating system became ContractorFlow — contractor-built software shaped by real-world growth, not theory.
